ELIGIBILITY
An Unbridled Tour event is open to any professional or amateur golfer, 15 years of age or older. The Unbridled Tour reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone.
AMATEURS
Amateur players are welcome to participate in an Unbridled Tour event. Tournament registration is open first to professional players with available amateur positions being determined no later than the Friday before the tournament. The top three amateurs must adhere to NCAA and other amateur body rules and regulations as it relates to awards.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The Unbridled Tour event will consist of 54-hole stroke play (weather permitting). There will be a cut after the second round with 1/3 of the field including ties advancing. Should there be a tie for First Place, the tie will be broken by a sudden-death playoff after all scores have been recorded.
To adhere to social distancing standards as outlined by local and state laws, only one participant per cart will be permitted. The player or the caddie may ride in the cart, but not both. Pull/push carts are allowed during all tournament rounds. Caddies may use pull/push carts.
Use of carts may be amended during tournament play should golf course conditions change.
TOURNAMENT FIELD
The maximum field for an Unbridled Tour event will be 156 players with a limited number of amateur spots available included in that total.
PURSE DISTRIBUTION
All purse payments will be made by Direct Deposit to the player’s bank account as provided on the registration form. If a player does not provide direct deposit information, checks will be mailed to those who qualify for a purse payout within 14 days. Direct deposit is not available for foreign players without US social security numbers. All players must complete or provide a completed W9 and ACH authorization prior to or upon event check-in. No purse payments will be made unless a completed W9 has been submitted.
Note: A player must complete all rounds of the event, as played, to receive a purse payment.
